New Coaching Program Designed to help build multiple Learning and Growing Pathways for Coachees. Reserve a Free 30 minute Session to discuss opportunities and your Goals.
Goal:
To learn, practice and gain experience in the Agile Mindset via one-on-one coaching, sharing thoughts, challenges, commitments, practicing and reviewing concepts presented by other coachees in our Agile Community. We want to maximize the experience and opportunities to the greatest extent
Program Basics:
- For New Program Coachees, First (1st) Month Free to try to see if the Program works for Coachee. No payment needed until 1st Free Month is complete. Total of Seven (7) Months for the price of 6 months.
- 6 Months of 30 minute once a week one-on-one coaching sessions with Greg Mester
- 24 Sessions are either pre or post normal working hours or Weekends this way it does not take away from core working hours
- Access to Coaching Program Slack Channel to share with and help others learning and growing in an Agile Mindset ($120 per year value – free)
- As Training programs are released members of the program get free access to non-certification online Training Programs (TBD and pricing TBD)
- Opportunity to Join the 5amMesterScrum Master Mind Groups
- Jira based growth tracking program that coachees plan with others and get continuous feedback loops
- Includes Sprint Planning and Sprint Reviews to build accountability among Master Mind members
- Opportunity to Present at the 5amMesterScrum Meetup Events (designed to give coachees opportunities to grow in social recognition, practice and build their resumes)
Costs:
- $300 per month paid each month prior to follow-on month (Total $1,800 for 6 months) or
- $1,500 One time payment for all 6 months at the start (saving $300 or an entire month) or
- Can always go from month-to-month to 6-month and back again, if need be.
